I don't know many shops that would even agree to rebuild that particular motor. Most people in your situation just find a used dohc motor from a 91-98 and swap that in. They're more reliable, make more power, cheap ($500-700 for a nice one), and they bolt in. They'll actually increase the value of your car, too, unlike a rebuild sohc.
