Not quite.

Just because my phone is logged into AIM, does not mean it's always being used. It's on when I'm at work, but I'm not messaging people, it's on while I'm taking a shit, doesn't mean I'm messaging people.

Just because I'm doing something important, doesn't mean I need to shut my phone off. I just put it on silent/vibrate.
