there are tons of people making good numbers with stock internals, first things first go on e30tech and get yourself one of the premaid plug and play megasquirt kits that a few of the guys over there make. then go to 666fabrications.com and get yourslef a manifold. get a precision intercooler and turbo and the piping can be bought from a local shop like gearhead. only engine parts i would change would be head studs and a cometic gasket, this setup should get you over 300whp.
