If you want just to pay cash with out paying for the transfer fee, title fee, and tax fee, then you're more then welcom to get it for $2400 but that's why it's not posted at $2400 cause then people will try to low ball and that's the lowest price possible out the door, you understand? Also still cheapest cx around with a.c., no one has proven me wrong yet.
