***Car does not run***

Asking 1800 or trade for 94+ honda/acura (running)

I originally purchased this car as a project car but now I dont have the time to finish it, car needs to have the wiring harness hooked up and gas tank flushed and thats about it to run aside from a few minor things, top of car is painted black, was like that when i got it, tuner thing i guess?
