I feel like there should be a way to expedite the process. I wouldn't think that the Florida legal system would want one of it's tax-paying small businesses to go under because of their 60 days wait period on liens.
Then again, I'm sure they get quite a few cheap asses that try and squirm out of repairs..
Florida doesn't give a squat about small businesses. I own one. The lady at the county office actually told me I should take my business out of Florida.
I wrote a letter, and now she collects a check from somewhere else.
Obviously not the first complaint she had against her.
