im not 100% sure what ur asking but ill give it a shot...

at WOT throttle it will automatically shut off. and when the compressor gets to a certain pressure it will shut until it needs to build pressure in the lines again.

now if your motor is surging when u turn the A/C on try turning down ur idle with the idle control screw in the TB
