So, he SOLD tickets. Your NON-CHARITABLE business was named the beneficiary and made PURCHASE of ticket a condition of participating in the raffle. It still won't legalize the whole game of chance gambling.

How about having him turn 100% of proceeds to a charity such as UNICEF, instead of taking the money and claim that you weren't part of it?
