you will not clear the front brakes with 13" rims at all, if you goto bigger v8 brakes you will need 15" rims. Yes I know you cant, I tried sticking some circle track rims and tires on my 92 once, the car was almost on the exhaust in the back it was slammed down so much kjust with some 13 " rims and tires
