Ha you never even saw general population. You were just in the holding area. Not even a holding cell.
When I was there I was in a 8x4 cell with some seriously crazy one eyed black guy and this white dude who wouldn't shut up about how he had done all these awesome and crazy things in life. The white guy talked 24/7. Not to mention we had this like blanket/dress thing we wore, a little blanket to cover up with, a mat to sleep on, and the lights stayed on constantly. We got strip-searched three times a day and had 15 minutes max outside of the cell each day were we were still in another room, albeit slightly larger. Sometimes we didn't get to leave the cell. Our food came in a styrofoam box and we had to eat with our fingers.
Think about that the next time you want to go shoot something in the night.
Keep the shooting at night to the bedroom
