My Friend bought a 90 eagle talon AWD from a junkyard with hopes of rebuilding it and having a fun car to drive around. so I got the fever and bought a 97 tsi FWD from a cousing of mine for 2500 with 98K the car had some tuning problems from a badly swaped 6bolt. paid 1200 to get all done right. after that the block broke. I've had the car for about 2 years and only drove it for about 3 month before it broke to shit. But for some reason I can't get rid of it. I'm currently rebuilding it after sitting for about a year, and I have learned a whole lot about fixing dsm and cars in general. Hopefully I can get it runing by next week and finaly enjoy the pros of having a dsm. By the way my friend sold his one week after I bought mine. LOL.
