VOP = you are held on no bail until you have a hearing which is usually 30 days out without a lawyer. The judge will probably give them a deal if they plea to the new charges. It would take a really good lawyer for them not to see prison time after all this is said and done. If they do get out they will most likely have an ankle brace and placed on house arrest.
