His info was wrong. Valve seals tend to puff in high vacuum (ie idle and low load), because the vacuum in the intake ports "sucks" the oil out of the head. Also its already been confirmed that the problem is not the turbo, but rather the low compression in #4. I have oil in my charge pipes, and zero smoking. Turbos are going to leak some oil. Some diesel turbos leak oil into the charge pipes by design. Take back your rep
