Ya know, I was just thinking that same thing. I know that that used to be given as an option, particularly in the '60s, but I don't know if they still do that.
However, having been in the Army, I agree it would do him some good.
(But Marine boot camp would be even more 'interesting' for him!)

I've been cheated out of funds as well in the past, and it's no fun. Especially the "How could I have let this happen to myself" part. Hang in there, guys. It's gonna be OK!
Who knows? This may be God's way of bringing more business to you than you could have ever drummed up on your own without this situation. After all, Joseph went from slave to Egyptian Prime Minister to saving his own family from starvation!
But I doubt he felt too god about his situation while languishing in jail.
