He was in the road trying to get them to stop leaving.
The police officer said it was his fault. I'm 48 years old, my mother is 73 years old. She is the owner of the car, I am the co-signer. She is calling the police department & Filing the car as "stolen" we're going to see what comes from that.
I really think that He is impersonating his mother on the free advice forum. Look at how alot of things are worded on there just seem very suspicious.
