I looked into this a little more, and although I can't find exacts, it seems that in Florida tow companies can set liens against vehicles for tow and storage charges, and if the sale of that vehicle doesn't satisfy the bill, they can put a lien against someone's drivers license.... The person's license will be suspended and they won't be able to renew it until the lien is settled.... I wonder if that also applies for labor liens. If it does, Florida isn't messing around....
