I'm not a lawyer, I'm a pre law student. And I'm not in Florida, so take that with a grain of salt.... But man, Florida's laws look like they were written 100 years ago and never updated.... They talk about timber getting and horses for crying out loud....
Thanks for the links, very interesting. I am very interest in this just to see how all the legalese plays out in this case.
