These guys are donating subs. I am sure other people / companies will donate gear for all the publicity they would get by helping to save the shop.

Also, do the BBQ and charge $10 to eat and $10 to drink. Have to be careful though since everyone would be "driving" there and I am sure there would be some underagers. Maybe not worth it there. You can make a lot of money on beer though. (You would just charge a donation fee???)
