I think donations and a BBQ would be well worth it. Maybe it could be a Sat / Sun thing. People who tent windows, do car stereos, etc can come up and donate their time and money. JapWorks gets the money to help save the shop.

Thoughts guys? Would it be better done in a bigger city like Tampa / Orlando? Maybe a local shop in Tampa with enough space could set something up. It would have to be done quickly though.
