Joe just pulled the magical Friday thing out of thin air.

They have two choices, either file a bond for the total invoice amount with the court house and have a case brought against me,

OR

They can do nothing and my lien will go through and I will either get the car or the finance company will pay the lien.

Most likely the second one is going to happen unless they can come up with the money for a bond, which judging by the fact that the only one with any money in the situation was the girlfriend and she only had $60, I highly doubt I'll see a bond.
