and that is the worst part of all this.. while it might be fun and awesome to be a part of this thread, the guys at JAPWorks are a fledgling shop and this could ruin them.
i agree with a poster above, if their is donations going on then it should be for legal / help for JAPWorks, we can work out what to do with the car, if it's available to do anything with, after this issue is resolved.
