Well Joe keeps telling me that since I have moved the car to a more secure location that I am REQUIRED BY LAW to tell him where the car is and what the mileage is on the car.

Then he told me that I have no legal rights as a business owner because I am not registered with the Better Business Bureau and if I don't give him the address of the car and the mileage on it I will be arrested.

I think this is like the third or fourth time he has tried to threaten me with getting arrested.

He is getting VERY desperate and continually calling me up making very smart remarks and asking how HIS car is. I then correct him, tell him it's not his car, he says "Oh yeah, it's my Mother's car," I correct him again telling him it's actually the finance companies car, and then proceed to tell him that soon enough it is going to be MY CAR!
