Also I am trying to find someone to legally represent my business partner and myself in this matter. We put every dollar we had into this car and are having a very difficult time retaining legal counsel. I wouldn't mind helping you put together a case against the kid, You will need to obtain a civil attorney for representation at the proceedings or you can just represent yourself if you feel confidant enough with the evidence.
