Brother, All I can tell you is that I asked my sister who is still in law school, and state stautes like the one he posted are very very very vauge(sp?) on the actual law. There are soo many loop holes and proper channels you have to go through in order to complete something like he said he did. Sure mabye he filed a complaint, ok. you tell me the last time you filed ANYTHING with the city and they jumped right on it??? It would take MONTHS or weeks to do this and even then you would have to take it to the propper channels, its not as easy as file a paper and get your car back. It takes time and everyones story has to be put on paper and looked over by the state... THINK ABOUT IT????? COMMON
