SPC, I would love for you to snap a few pics of the court ordered papers when you get them......... I can almost promise you this is one big scare tactic to try and get your car back, and sorry to say it wont work! Once the judge see's the whole story he is going to laugh at you and close the doors. I could see 2K worth of work, but anything over 10K there is NO SUCH THING AS A OPEN AND CLOSED CASE...
