im on the wrong computer but when i get a chance ill pull up my notes on unjust enrichment under the UCC as it is under non-promissory enforcement even though there was a promise made. But this is an umbrella if he says he didn’t ok this work to be done or didn’t know about it ie no promise, he cannot be enriched esp this large amount without some compensation to the person who did the work. though like i say, i still dont know much i just make it sound like i do
