I think the best part was the model on their little multi-screen display that loren found

I was pretty disappointed with the cars myself...the electronic driving aid stuff was pretty impressive, I put a bit of effort into upsetting the car to no avail (didn't try anything too agressive, definitely heavy on braking and the gas though), it dealt with actions which would've sent my car plowing through the cones or spinning off some where pretty well. Of course, that made it a bit un-fun to drive, as did the auto...I've been spoiled by driving a standard transmission.

The AMG, i was completely unimpressed with, definitely didn't sell that car to me...my ride along with bob in his M3 was far better. The AMG course was two straights connected by a 180 degree sweeper....the driver didn't even try to do anything fun on the turn. The amg did have some good brakes and good acceleration, but so does the bmw.

In the end, i think the best part of their event was the free food. For those going on sunday, don't even bother with the wet course, stick to the mini-autocross...that was at least kinda fun.
