P.S. I can probably set up a good cheap rate at a local hotel of some sort for the guys from up north and miami to stay at for a night or two, this way they can stay for the entire event!

I would much rather see as many guys as possible for the entirity of the event than have 100 cars on the first day and only 30 for the second two.
