From what I have read, the best single plate. non-carbon clutch is the Nismo Super Coppermix Hi-Power spec. Supposed to hold approx 420ps. RHDJapan and Nengun Racing can get that one.
Good luck on your choice. I did alot of research, too, and I ended up getting the Blitz for my SR. I'm probably going with the Exedy hyper single in my RB25 though.
I found an exedy hyper single for 988 shipped on ebay and the seller doesn't look too bad. I might just do that one and get it overnighted. I will be ordering one this weekend so hopefully next week or two I will be able to source axles and a j30 diff. Then one full day of grease and s13 dirt in my eyes I will have the beast back on the road. I use the opinions of you guys and mostly drifters because I know they beat the living shit out of their cars, with them blowing almost 40 spec clutches in a season and having the same exedy hyper single for more than one season I would so much rather go with exedy. My roommate had a spec stg 3 in his car and never had one problem, he had well over 400 to the ground daily driven.
