Because it doesn't add up. Given the Civic weight and 240whp, the car has a 10:1 power to weight ratio. Given the 350Z weight and around 270-280whp for the 06+, that's 11:1 power to weight ratio. Being that the power to weight ratios are similar, it should have been a drivers race. That Civic freight trained the 350Z. There is no way it could do that given almost similar power to weight ratios. That's why he had to have been running higher boost on that run, in the 300whp. That is believable. I've also been around alot of cars in my time, and I know what many different cars and setups are capable of.

240/2262=10.6:1 P/W ratio
2006 Nissan 350z's weigh in at 3370 lbs according to the same source.
270/3370=8.01:1 P/W ratio.
