There is so much misinformation here, it's unbelievable.

First off, a stock for stock, no WRX is beating an 06 and up 350Z. That's one of the biggest lies I've heard in a while. I had a 240SX with a stock SR that trapped at around 100mph in the 1/4, same as the 350Z. I actually raced a modded WRX, with boost controller, exhaust, turbo manifold, and tuned. I beat him very bad (4+ cars from a roll), and he could drive. Because the WRX has to power 4 wheels, all the time, the drivetrain loss is substantially great for only 225bhp. It's good for a decent launch than that's it. That's why many of them only put down 180whp. That isn't going to beat a 350Z, sorry.

2nd, there is no way the 350Z was spraying. That was about right for a 300whp Civic vs. a stock 350Z. What are you guys expecting, 30+ car Supra pull? 350Z will trap around 100 + or - in the 1/4 mile. I would assume that Civic is trapping around the 110-115mph range + or -.

3rd, if the 350Z were spraying it would have given that Civic an run for it's money, even probably beating it. A buddy of mine owns an 2004 350Z, which has alot less horsepower than the 06 and up. He has bolt ons and a 150 shot on nitrous, with a tune. He's run an 12.34@113mph on slicks. Now if the older, underpowered 350Zs can do that on nitrous, an 06+ is really going to pick up speed and trap higher in the quarter, hence matching or even besting that Civic's trap speed. Therefore, the Civic would lose from a roll.

Lastly, it amazes me how ignorant you Honda owners are. When one of yours goes down, it's all excuses. When you beat someone it's gloating and lies about the other vehicle to make it look like a more spectacular kill. Most of you have no conception of speed at all.
