As long as the turbo isn't way too off in sizing, you'll be fine. But be warned, something like that isn't for your average kid looking to go fast, its more for a tinkerer with something else to drive thats looking for fun. You'll probably need to come up with a header to mount it depending on what the turbo is, a wastegate as was mentioned before, all custom made duct work, etc.

Generally speaking, diesel motors are twice the size but rev half as much as an "equal" gas engine. So figure out the engine size, and if it fits into the above situation, you're good.
