No offence to Honda, but the insight was a pile compared to the Prius.

Those who think the Prius was a piece of shit or "gay" are just ignorant. Toyota's hybird technology in the Prius was the first truely successful attempt at mainstreaming hybrid or "green" vehicles. It opened the door for more advanced research and ultimately started the big Hybrid/EV movement.

Hybrid/EV vehicles are going to be a huge part of our automotive future and we in-part have the success of the Prius to thank for it.
