Ok...Now on to the useful information. FIRST, I would do away with the eddlepuke on there....but...In lieu of doing that, check the electric choke on it. Make sure it's not keeping the idle plates closed It almost sounds like the choke is still closed somewhere along the line. (won't idle below 2000rpm, and fouling plugs) Maybe you checked it already...IDK. I just think that this will all be in the choke somewhere. Wish you were closer to me...I LOVE carbed cars.
