your original post didnt say if you checked the ground, look at the negative baterry terminal, follow that wire till you see where it grounds out onto the blow, take it off, clean the connection areas and put it back on.

i just had to do this to my moms accord, the wire was shreaded a bit and everytime any water touched it, the car would not start, so just put electrical tape around the exposed wire and it fixed everything.

good luck with everything, but definately try the grounds. its quite common with Hondas
