the newer ones are obviously faster. tune and catback exhaust and they were running 13.4 @ a decent trap speed. the styling of the interior and front end are still really chevy-plastic-esque, but they are getting better. they are a good bang for the buck, and should be on par with MS3's and can whip up on si's and gti's
the older ones are alright. i like s/c cars but they might have been a little underpowered. if they were pushing ~240 stock, i might have considered one, but if they're making similar power to civic si's and turbo gti's then it wasn't much of an incentive to invest in.
i'll race a new 09 cobalt SS if someone brings it out when they hit the dealerships. by that time i will have my supercharger installed!
