but you don't know for sure if you did damage or not? why don't you or someone at least rip the head off real quick and see if there is damage first before throwing money away on an engine. the cost to resurface the head and install 7 dollar valves and a new timing belt will a lot less than an engine.


i mean do what you want to, by all means. i just dont want to see someone throwing money away on something that could have been fixed cheaper and prob be done a running a lot sooner than waiting for a shop to swap an engine for you. because that is going to be very pricey.
