Default Tranny leaking at shift linkage

I have a B16A LSD tranny. I noticed tranny fluid on the floor after I warmed up the engine and figured out that it is coming from where the Shift Linkage goes into the Transmission. The boot that covers the area of the shift linkage going into the transmission was soaked inside. It seems the seal is completely shot due to the amount of fluid that came out.

I've been looking out on HondaAutomotiveParts.com trying to figure out which seal it is that I need to order and can't seem to find it.

Anyone know? Also when we go to replace it can that seal be replaced from the outside or will we need to replace from inside the transmission?

Thanks.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
