I completely agree, I can usually get a turbo honda on and off the rollers in very minimal time once i have street tuned the vehicle. as the biggest thing you cant do on the street is make any good ignition changes as you have no idea what it is doing to the power level, or more importantly the TQ level. It is recommended by every major tuning software company that the vehicle have some street time.
