Maybe. Most people that do racing stuff like that though dont have time for stuff like that. Once they finish racing, its back to the shop to make it better. Bigger shot, diff head/cam combo, tires, anything. If you are serious about racing and making that is really all you do. There is no time for not researching and making it better, because no matter what there is almost always someone faster.
