Browsing cars for sale in Micronesia/Guam (American territory island in S. Pacific)for the fun of it on craigslist.com

I was suprised to see how cheap some of the cars are. These smell of scam, all have about the same price and all only have email address for contact. But the pics look legit, like they are taken in tropical Guam. Maybe its military guys that gotta sell their cars when they ship out? Or maybe its that cars are in less demand then trucks on the island? Not sure.
Thing is, even though the cars are cheap, I'd bet they've been exposed to lots of salt air, and transport costs would be crazy $$$.
What do you think? Scam or not? Smells of scammers to me.
