Alright allow me to help. First of all you need to see if the motor has ever been rebuilt at all, if it hasn't then it's a miracle it made it to 80k miles without blowing. If it's never been rebuilt expect the motor to go any time especially if you are planning on running any mods or doing any type of spirited driving. As for the question of reliability of this car, there is NONE at all. I had a fully built motor with reliability mods done to it blow at just 10k miles, the 13b-rew engine was meant for performance NOT reliability. These cars are expensive it is almost necessary to have anywhere from 3-5 thousand dollars saved up for emergency money for anything that could happen to the car. It's a 93 so it could be an R-1 a base model or a touring. If it has a sunroof and leather interior it's a touring, if it has suede seats and dual oil coolers it's an R-1 and if it has cloth seats, single oil cooler and no sunroof it's a base model.
