That sucks man must be hard up to meet quotta,Only a few places still tint illegal but you have to pay in cash acourse all of my cars where done in it i had one done two layers of 2% looked like paint (couldnt see out at night ) but i never got stopped except once on the beach..i think its just your front windows (driver,passenger) though that have to be visable I'd look into that before you scrape it all off
