I dont understand the points on your license, it an equipment violation (no moving) No points infraction. I was pulled over several times by same cop in Temple Terrace for illegal tint. I had all windows tinted including the windshield. He wanted to search my car everytime for guns and drugs but made the mistake by saying he was pulling me for my tint right off the bat, wrong answer no searchy here. He went as far as bring out a dog to walk around my car to see if the dog would hit on it. I was 19 and had a new 92 GT and he swore I was a dope dealer. I miss that car.
