Two words, DC Control fan controler. (that was 2 words, right?) It's a little pricy at a little over $100 but it is slicker than owl shit on a brass door knob. You could cool the Crystal River Power Plant with it. Variable speed, adjustable temps and the 35 amp will even handle those pesky MK VIII fans.
