Not sure how to measure rash... for the price you cant beat it.. I got a qoute to get them all reapired for 100 bucks.. The wheels are boxed up because of an out of state flaker that told me he wanted them.. I got the shot ass tires removed at my expense then packaged them.. then there was no response or payment received from the douche bag.
