CCC for a few reasons.

1. Good place to take group pics of cars etc.

2. Its summer soo its nice to be by the water maybe BBQ etc. orr maybe cruise down to Clearwater mall from CCC to eat etc.

4. Central meeting place between 813 ppls and 727 ppls.

5. Sitting at the beach drinking beer and looking at 240s is ftw.
