Default WTB: 88-91 CRX or Civic HB for Daily Driver
I am looking for a 88-91 CRX or 88-92 Civic HB for my brother. He has $1500 to spend and that is it.

Needs to be a 5 speed, reliable, no rust, have working air and no body/paint work.
