To change the ride height you loosen the locks and turn the entire assembly up or down to raise or lower then tighten back the locks when you're done. When you adjust them make sure they are even because you wouldn't want the left side of your car higher than the right side.

To adjust the stifness turn the knob S= soft / H = hard
