I Bought The Rear Lowering Link And Put It In.. Easy Easy.. Rear Is Done..

But The Front Is My Problem..
It Is Hard To Explain But Its Like The Forks Go From Fat To Skinny Its Like They Are Sleeved?? I Loosened Up All The Bolts To Lower It And It Drops Down Like Its Supposed To But You Cant Tighten The Handle Bars Or The Upper Bracket Down Because Its Like The Fork Goes From Fat To Skinny. I Could Only Lower The Front Like 1/2 Inch. Before It Gets Skinny.. Just Lmk If U Have Any Idea.. I Know Its Hard To Explain..
